When we created Innovative Construction Solutions, Inc. in 1999, we envisioned a company that was able to serve its clients in a way that allowed us to work closely with them to take a project from the conceptual phase through construction and on to a successful conclusion. With an expert staff consisting of seasoned professionals, both in the office and in the field, ICSI is able to do just that.

All of our project managers have at least 15 years in the retail construction industry. The same is true of our field managers. This level of experience allows us to deal with a wide variety of challenges that may arise throughout the course of a project's life. From conceptual design and permitting, to subcontractor bidding and construction, we KNOW retail.

ICSI Is Licensed in Multiple States

ICSI currently holds licenses or is registered to do business in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. We have also completed projects in Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. The majority of our work is done directly for developers as they build new centers or expand or re-tenant existing sites for a wide variety of retail tenants. However, we have also done a great deal of work directly for retailers including (but not limited to) OfficeMax, PetsMart, Bed Bath and Beyond, JoAnns, Michaels, Filene's Basement, DSW, Guitar Center, Robbins Bros Jewelry, and more. Our projects have ranged in size from $100,000 to over $15 million. Although our typical mid-box retail project lasts just four to six months, we have completed larger phased projects that required additional time to complete.

We also realize that rental or income flow cannot start until a project is completed, so we are willing to do what it takes to ensure that a project is completed on time. So, regardless of size, we can proudly say that we have always completed our projects on time and on, or under, budget.
